Thank you for visiting us. River Garden Senior Services is a not-for-profit mission-driven agency sponsored by the organized Jacksonville Jewish Community. Our care community is located on a beautiful 37-acre campus in the heart of Northeast Florida where we provide a comprehensive system of inpatient and outpatient residential, medical, and therapy services including traditional long-term care, Alzheimer's/Dementia care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, adult daycare, independent living, home healthcare and case management. 

We serve residents from diverse religious and ethnic backgrounds while maintaining an environment supportive of Jewish identity and informed by Jewish values.

River Garden is a six (6) time recipient of the prestigious "Florida Governor's Gold Seal Award for Excellence in Long-Term Care,"  along with 5-Star ratings by state and federal regulatory authorities; we have consistently been identified as the area's pre-eminent provider of senior care programs and services.
