"Helping Hands and Warm Hearts"

The River Garden Auxiliary provides support of the Home through financial contributions and hundreds of volunteer hours. Fundraising activities include Tombola, River Garden gift shop, Donor Luncheon, the spring Special Event and all proceeds are used to benefit the lives of the residents. The Auxiliary sponsors the residents’ holiday parties and also funds enhancements and improvements that help continue the River Garden excellence.

Since its inception in 1922, the River Garden Auxiliary, then known as the Ladies Hebrew Aid Sheltering Society, has been an integral part of the River Garden and Jacksonville community.
