River Garden’s Adult Day Program provides a safe and engaging space for seniors who live at home but benefit from daytime support and social connection. Activities are designed to nurture all six dimensions of wellness – body, mind and spirit.

Daily Activities May Include:
- Physical Wellness: Chair exercises, movement games and gentle fitness activities
- Creative & Intellectual Wellness: Crafts, painting, ceramics, baking and cooking projects
- Social & Emotional Wellness: Games, bingo, music, entertainment and intergenerational programs
- Community & Purpose: Opportunities to connect, share and engage with peers
Additional Services:
- Therapy Access: Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy with physician referral
- Personal Care: On-site beauty salon/barbershop and spa bathing available
