Located on a beautiful 35-acre campus in Jacksonville, Florida, River Garden is a comprehensive system of elder care programs and services offering inpatient and outpatient residential, medical, and therapy services. 

Our community offers:

River Garden Hebrew Home - A 180 bed skilled care nursing home offering programs in Long-Term Care, Short Stay Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care, Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, and Respite Care. 

The Coves - Independent Living on the River Garden Campus - An independent living retirement community consisting of 80 garden apartment homes. The Coves offers elegant, yet affordable senior housing.  

Adult Day Program - Open seven days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to meet the needs of caregivers who work full time or who need some extra time for other daily activities.

The Therapy Center - Provides inpatient and outpatient services for clients in Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy specializing in individualized innovative treatment programs that produce measurable results.

C.A.M.P. -  Community Aging Management Program provides a continuum of care and services for people with chronic conditions of aging and illness, including Alzheimer’s and other dementias, helping them to remain in their own homes, if desired and appropriate, for as long as possible.

River Garden Foundation - A philanthropic organization established to provide resources for programs and facilities to enhance the quality of life for the aged.

The Albert Z. Fleet Geriatric Training Center - Florida licensed postsecondary training school training eligible students for a healthcare career as a certified nursing assistant.
