April 10, 2016 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Bess de Farber and Rebecca Jefferson
with technical support from Peter Miller

Composing A Heart and Other Jewish Immigrant Stories is a multi-media presentation comprising spoken word, solo clarinet and/or piano, a slideshow of images, audio recordings, and moving narratives.

This performance has been brought to you courtesy of the National Endowment for the Humanities Challenge Grant which provides a $1 match for every $3 raised to create an endowment fund. This fund will allow the Library of Judaica to collect, preserve, and promote through scholarship and public engagement the hidden and/or endangered materials relating to the Jewish experience in Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Please plan to join us. This event is free and open to the community.
