Located on a beautiful 40-acre campus in Jacksonville, Florida, River Garden is a comprehensive system of elder care programs and services offering inpatient and outpatient residential, medical, and therapy services.
Our community offers:
River Garden Hebrew Home – A non-sectarian 180 bed skilled care nursing facility offering programs in Traditional Long-Term Care, Short-Stay Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care, Alzheimer’s/Memory Care, Respite and Palliative Care.
River Garden Rehab – Provides inpatient, outpatient services for clients in Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies, specializing in individualized innovative treatment programs that produce measurable results.
Adult Day Care – Open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. This excellent program provides support for older adults in the community who are able to live at home but may require health monitoring, socialization and nutritional guidance in a secure setting during daytime hours, while at the same time providing peace of mind for caregivers who work full time or who need some extra time for other daily activities.
Home Health Care Agency – Our Home Health Agency is licensed by the State of Florida and provides a continuum of care and services on a fee-for-service basis to members living at The Coves. Our program is designed to enable seniors to remain at home and receive supportive care for as long as possible.
The Coves at River Garden – Independent Living on the River Garden Campus – The Coves at River Garden is an independent living retirement community consisting of 80 one- and two-bedroom garden apartment homes, where you will find gracious residences, fine dining and life-enriching activities. The Coves offers elegant comfort, security and low-maintenance yet affordable senior living.
River Garden Foundation – A philanthropic organization established to provide financial support to the not-for-profit River Garden system of senior services.
